Empiric Student Property is internally managed with four non-executive directors and three executive directors. The management team has a long track record in the acquisition, development and management of student accommodation properties in the UK.
Recent additions have strengthened Empiric Student Property's student accommodation expertise.
The company is developing 4 divisions: acquisitions, development management, operations and finance. 10 of the 12 current employees have worked together since before the IPO of ESP and this has enabled the growing team to gel together quickly. The ESP team is also supported by RevCap, which provides a further level of due diligence process and resource to ESP’s executive team. RevCap also invests alongside ESP in specific 50/50 Joint Ventures. RevCap has exposure to c.£4.bn of European real estate assets, through a network of more than 90 joint venture partners.
